IIS offers annual irrigation maintenance packages to provide convenience and guarantees automatic scheduling of the services. Enrollment in an IIS irrigation package includes a Spring start-up, Fall winterization, +/- a mid-season inspection.
IIS Platinum Package
The IIS Platinum Package includes three seasonal services:
Spring Start-up

Mid-season Inspection
IIS will schedule an appointment mid-summer to check irrigation coverage, controller settings, and provide seasonal adjustments, if needed. Fall Winterization
